Veterinary emergency services

On-call emergency services are intended for urgent cases, i.e. acute illness or accident victims.

Emergency area 1: Kaskö, Korsnäs, Kristinestad, Malax and Närpes (Kaskinen, Korsnäs, Kristiinankaupunki, Maalahti and Närpiö). Emergency telephone 0600 399 199.

Emergency area 2: Korsholm (Mustasaari), Laihia, Vähäkyrö, Vaasa and Vörå (Vöyri). Emergency telephone 0600 399 299.

The on-call service starts on weekdays at 16:00 and ends the following weekday morning at 08:00. The weekend service starts on Friday at 16:00 and runs until Monday morning at 08:00.

The service’s call fee is 1,527 € / min + local network charge between 08:00–20:00 and 3,551 € / min + local network charge between 20:00-08:00 (The caller’s call charge includes VAT at 24%).
