Info Point and registry

Info Point

The municipality’s customer service desk is located at the Info Point on the first floor of the municipal office building.

The customer service desk provides general information about the municipality, answers questions about municipal services and refers customers to the right department or official. From the Info Point you can get forms, maps and brochures.

The Info Point receives mail to the municipality such as applications, letters and forms. The members of staff at the Info Point are also responsible for the municipality’s telephone switchboard. The municipality’s telephone number is (06) 327 7111.

Registry

The municipality’s registry is located on the second floor of the municipal office building.

The registry receives documents arriving to the municipality, registers them and sends them forward for handling and processing. Such documents may be tenders, applications, requests for opinions, letters, initiatives, announcements, opinion or amendment applications.

The registry provides information on pending cases, the processing of a specific case, decisions and announcements.

Documents to the registry can be submitted by post, e-mail, via the Info Point or in the mailbox at the entrance to the municipal office building.
